Nasenbluten - Tired, Bored + Empty lyrics

What I can't understand is
Well, here's a party and nobody seems to be having a good time
- Of course not
They're tired and bored and empty
- Well, then for heaven's sakes why did they come?

They're tired and bored and empty

I am an American

They're tired and bored and empty

Well, then for heaven's sakes why did they come?

I'm glad you feel that way
Oh

They're tired and bored and empty [2x]
Well, then for heaven's sakes why did they come?
