Adding it as source - it's highly likely at least based on 'Sound of da Police', might be sampled and altered as well (not sure).

The phrase "Whoop-whoop, It's the sound of the beast" probably comes from "KRS-One - Sound of da Police".
But IDK whether this fits into source/sample field, because it's not a direct sampling.
