The "Attack, Decay, Sustain, Release" part is referring to the ADSR sound envelope invented by Vladimir Ussachevsky in 1965, which is used to modulate some aspects of a sound (loudness, pitch, filter's response to cutoff frequency and so on)

Hmmz, you were right Dion. The part in the middle is indeed spoken by Tupac. When I commented 3 months ago I forgot about that part.
