The source is apparently a US Army video called "Introduction to Psychological Warfare - GF33-27" from 1955.

Correct lyrics are:

"There are three broad areas
Tactical, strategic and consolidation
In which psychological warfare supports the military mission"

The missing part towards the end is "Prisoners of war"
