Actually these words and original voice are by a gifted writer named Ithaka Darin Pappas (who is sometimes called Korvorao..or Korvowrong). He is more known for his hip hop albums, but he recorded this for Underground Sound Of Portugal in Portugal back in 1994. It was a big hit at the time, still is.
There are about a million mixes of this song, some by very famous djs; FatBoy Slim, Danny Tennaglia, Junior Vasquez, Dj Vibe. I found a couple of myspace sites on this songwriter:
