The reason why I think it has been released is: because it's 'in stock' - as you're available to buy it. And it's is one of the 'best sellers', which means that you can buy it, I think
-Another thing is: there doesn't stand anything about that it will be shipped on the a XX date. And normally when the items on Midtown shop isn't released, they'll be under 'coming soon'
