I think I know which track he means:
Kernkraft 400 (Sports Chant Stadium Remix) which is essentially the DJ Gius (aka Technoboy, just to mention) Remix from the original release:

All they did was add a second lead layer with the same melody, but it simply is the sound of people chanting (That's also why it's called "Chant [Re-]Mix")

It would be easier if you'd add a YouTube video, 'cause now I don't know which version you mean (there are a shitload of remixes of this track I guess).

'cause 'Zombie Nation' is repeated throught whole the song (as far as I know) and people just think like : ... "oh, that must be the track name (zombie nation that is), 'cause no artist would repeat their artist name during the whole song." :P

It only says zombie zombie zombie nation (btw the artist is kernkraft 400, n the trackname is zombie nation)
